  • Perfect for a little more time to get comfortable in front of the camera, with a mix of portraits, candid moments, atmosphere and details

Can be split between 2 sessions within 6 months

Civil Ceremonies & Weddings

From intimate civil ceremonies to full wedding days, photography can be tailored to the size, pace and plans of your celebration.

Packages start at HK$3,580 for 2 hours.

Terms & Conditions

Pricing

  • All prices are in HKD and may change without prior notice, except for confirmed bookings.
  • Can’t find a package that fits? Get in touch — custom packages are available.

Booking & Payment

  • A HK$1,000 retainer secures the booking. The remaining balance is due by the session date.
  • The booking is confirmed once the agreement is signed and the retainer is paid.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the session receive a full retainer refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable and can only be rescheduled.
  • Rescheduled sessions must take place within 4 weeks and are subject to availability.

Photos

  • Each package includes a minimum number of edited photographs. The final selection is made by the photographer.
  • Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs via an online gallery within 2–4 weeks.
  • RAW files are not provided. Galleries are kept for 3 months.

Outdoor Sessions

  • Weather-related decisions are made up to 2 hours before the session.
  • Rescheduled sessions must take place within 4 weeks.

Copyright & Use

  • Copyright remains with Evgeniia Pavlova Photography.
  • Photos are for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Photos may be used for portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes, as agreed in the booking contract.
